It is possible to take Amtrak's passenger service to Whitehall, NY. This stop is approximately 20 minutes by car from Huletts Landing. Please note however that this train station is not serviced by any rental car company. While this station is the closest to Huletts, you must arrange ground transportation from the Whitehall station to Huletts-on-Lake-George.

Our experience has been that traveling to Huletts by train is best for a guest who may be visiting you while you are staying at Huletts-on-Lake-George. Remember that Huletts Landing is located in the Adirondack Mountains. Whitehall is the closest town but is still about 20 minutes away by car. It is next to impossible to travel in this area of New York without reliable ground transportation. If you are planning on taking the train we would be happy to discuss this option with you.
